- As part of our commitment to social enterprise and self-employment, we actively promote these concepts by hosting stalls at Acton Street Market and offering guidance to those looking to start or grow their own ventures. We are passionate about empowering individuals to explore entrepreneurial pathways and make a lasting impact in their communities.
- We collaborate with a diverse network of partners, including charities, social enterprises, local authorities, public sector bodies, and private sector companies, to amplify our reach and effectiveness. Our efforts have been recognized through several awards and the prestigious Matrix Quality Mark, a testament to the high standards of service we uphold.

Why Volunteer
As a volunteer with Action West London, you can make a significant impact by supporting unemployed residents across West London in their journey toward sustainable employment. Volunteers play a key role in assisting with:
- Providing 1-2-1 job search support by helping individuals refine their resumes, search for job opportunities, and prepare for interviews.
- Leading and facilitating workshops focused on job search skills, professional development, and confidence-building.
- Offering guidance during mock interviews, helping participants build the skills they need to succeed in real job interviews.
- Providing in-work support to employers and employees, ensuring successful transitions into the workplace and ongoing career development.
By volunteering, you will help individuals gain the tools, resources, and confidence they need to secure meaningful, long-term employment, all while making a positive difference in the local community.
