Who are we looking for ?

We are partnering with a local company called Ealing Fit Club. They are experts in health and fitness, with over 10 years of experience in Ealing. They run all sorts of different classes, like boxing, mum and baby groups, and sessions for older people and young people. They also run Ealing’s only free running club for women.

We will be focusing on supporting people who often find it difficult to exercise, including:

  • Women who might feel shy or lack confidence.
  • Women from different cultural backgrounds, especially if language is a barrier.
  • Women who are on a low income, live in social housing, or are unemployed.
  • Unpaid carers and anyone who has a lot of responsibilities.
  • Women aged 65+.
  • Women aged 16+
