The impact you’ll make

As a Trustee, you won’t just sit on a board—you will play a direct role in the governance and strategic direction of our organisation. Together, we ensure the charity stays true to its values, meets its legal and financial duties, and continues to deliver life-changing results for West London.

Your role

This is a voluntary but active role. You will work with the rest of the board to:

Set the strategy: Help shape the long-term vision and sustainability of the charity.

Provide oversight: Support and challenge the executive team to ensure we are performing at our best.

Secure the future: Use your expertise to strengthen partnerships and explore new funding opportunities.
