From Workshop to Qualification: Launching Our New Level 1 and 2 Electrical Repair Courses

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our latest training programme: Level 2 Small Electrical Appliance Safety, Inspection & Repair.

This course is a direct result of the incredible success of our free electrical skills training workshops held over the last seven months. Seeing the passion and talent in our community inspired us to take things further. By working closely with West London Waste Authority (WLWA) and the experts at Qualified Fixers, we have developed a formal training pathway that turns practical repair skills into a recognised qualification.

“The creation of this course marks a significant milestone for the West London community and beyond. By moving from informal workshops to an accredited Level1 and Level 2 courses, we are empowering residents with the professional skills needed to reduce waste and build sustainable careers. This is about more than just fixing appliances; it’s about creating a scalable model for technical education and environmental stewardship.” — Craig WintersOperations Manager, Action West London
