Action West London, is excited to announce two new programmes designed to help residents in Ealing who are ex-offenders, unemployed, or economically inactive, find work and achieve economic independence.
- UKSPF – People and Skills Ex-offenders programme
The first programme in partnership with the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, offers specialist employment support to unemployed or economically inactive residents of Ealing. This comprehensive service will help participants gain the skills and confidence they need to re-enter the workforce.

- Empowering Women in the 7 towns of Ealing
The second programme, the Ex-Offenders Careers Hub, specifically targets women who are ex-offenders living in Ealing, Acton, Southall, Hanwell, Northolt, Perivale, or Greenford. This project is funded by the National Lottery ‘Awards for all’ and the ‘Heathrow Community Trust.
Programme Support
Both programmes will offer a dedicated hub which will provide participants with a range of resources and support, including:
- Tailored 1-on-1 career guidance: Our experienced staff will work with each participant to develop a personalized plan for achieving their employment goals.
- Employment and skills training workshops: Gain valuable skills and knowledge to enhance your employability.
- CV workshops: Learn how to craft a compelling CV that showcases your strengths and experience.
- Money management workshops: Develop the skills to manage your finances effectively.
- Confidence building workshops: Build the confidence and self-belief needed to succeed in the workplace.
- Travel to work support: Get assistance planning your commute and accessing reliable transportation.
- In-work support: Receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support once you are employed.
