This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter with a track record of income generation to be a key figure in developing Action Talent -a new start-up social enterprise recruitment agency.
You will need to be successful in both securing vacancies from companies and in supporting and placing candidates. Action Talent will focus on Employers who want to demonstrate their commitment to social mobility and diversity through their Recruitment practices. Initially, we are targeting graduates from FE Colleges and Universities.
You will need to be experienced in all aspects of the Recruitment industry and will be confident that you can lead and develop a new startup. The base salary is up to £30k with additional commission. This is a unique opportunity to start and grow a social business which provides job satisfaction and career progression.
