Social Mobility Employer Index- Key Findings Report

The Social Mobility Employer Index analyses what
employers are doing to improve social mobility
across seven critical employee milestones and an
optional employee survey. It highlights the need to
take a holistic approach to make sure that outreach
efforts feed into recruitment pipelines and ultimately
create equity in who gets in, who gets on and who
belongs. The Index celebrates those who are taking
action to make their organisation more accessible
and inclusive to individuals from low socioeconomic
backgrounds.
