We’re looking for a fun, outgoing, and hardworking property recruiter!
Our client own a property business specialising in design-led service accommodation. They have plans to expand in Central London and have an exciting opportunity to join their small team.
This role will be responsible for providing a property recruitment service, including, but not limited to, identifying new properties that would be ideal for holiday rental, communicating with homeowners, organising and attending property viewings, taking photographs of the properties, and writing property descriptions. The role will also be responsible for other exciting ad-hoc and project-based tasks. You will be working closely with the company’s director.
You will have flexible working hours and will be working remotely. However, you will be required to do an occasional property viewings in Central London, zone 1. Additionally, you will be excepted to attend monthly meetings with the director on site at 154 Warwick Road, W14 8PS. The travel expenses will be covered.
They specialise in short-let accommodation and therefore an awareness of the property market is desirable, but we are happy to consider applications from recruiters with or without experience.
Hourly pay would be National Minimum Wage.
