This is a digital marketing and admin opportunity to assist with the day to day running of a small property agency specialising in service accommodation.
The role will be responsible for providing digital marketing and administrative support, including, but not limited to, email communications, Airbnb messages, updates on GoDaddy, Airbnb and booking.com platforms, digital advertising, content creation, distribution of newsletter, social media launch and management, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. The role will also be responsible for other exciting adhoc and project-based tasks. You will be working closely with company’s founder and Marketing Manager.
You will have a flexible working hours and will be working remotely, except for a face-to-face meeting once a month on site in 154 Warwick Road, W14 8PS. Interviews may be carried out using Zoom but if successful, you will be expected to train on site in a one-to-one situation with our Marketing Manager. The travel expenses for these meetings will be covered
You will need to have Microsoft Office experience, understand how to use Power Point, Word and Excel, have a keen eye for detail and the desire to learn new platforms and understand customer behaviours. The knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a bonus, but not necessary. You should be social media savvy and be prepared to come up with creative ideas for content.
It is not necessary to have a Marketing background as long as you have some of the attributes listed above and enjoy working as part of a close knit and friendly team, then we think you will fit right in!
