Client Feedback – June 2023 update
Each month we ask our clients to give us feedback on their experience of using our services.
We are pleased to report the results of our June 2023 client feedback survey, which has so far been completed by over 100 clients, here is a summary of what they told us.
Our June Survey highlighted our current projects. The highest numbers of client feedback came from our Digital Academies Project and our NEET young person’s project.
The survey shows that there have been no changes in the clients’ level of satisfaction with our services and their feedback continues to be very positive – 98% rate their experience at AWL as good or very good.
100% of our clients continue to report feeling welcomed at AWL and there’s a good level of satisfaction with the support they’ve received including agreeing the action plan which they have found informative, practical and helpful.
The percentage of clients happy to recommend us remains unchanged at 97%.
The report also highlights the range of additional information that we give to our clients with advice on courses and on employment and training opportunities taking the top spots with 71 and 66 votes respectively.
What did clients say about their experience of working with us?
Once again, our clients surveyed told us we had been supportive and helpful.
This is also reflected in their comments:
Ana helped me to register myself in college she always supports me and does work research every week for me
You got me enrolled onto a course as soon as I could take part in 1 and this pleased me.
The helped provided really built my confidence and now I feel more confident in finding work in the near future.
Umnya was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns
I was provided with advice and guidance on different employment matters like my CV, cover letter and how to access hidden job market.
Suggestions
Clients have also made some very useful suggestions. One of the recurrent requests is to offer more ESOL classes. We are working continuously to secure funding to put on additional ESOL classes. In the meantime, we make sure that all our clients who need to improve their language skills are enrolled on ESOL courses at local colleges and other providers and have sessions in place (bridging classes) to help you to practise English while you’re waiting for college courses.
